Over the past few years I’ve had the pleasure to not only travel to Arizona but now call it my second home. My parents moved just south of Phoenix my Freshman year of college so I have really been able to explore Arizona.
Arizona is full of beautiful scenery and a lot of great places to eat. One of my favorite places to go eat for breakfast is called Matt’s Big Breakfast and is a chain that has locations all around Arizona.
The atmosphere and the food embody the southwestern food with a modern twist. Whenever I’m in Arizona you can feel the relaxed lifestyle and can lay out by the pool and get a great tan without a worry in the world.
Something that many people don’t understand is that even though the summers may get up to 100 degrees it’ll feel the same as 90 degrees in Colorado because of the difference in elevation.
I love when I’m in Arizona you can always do something outside, unless you get stuck in a monsoon. Even in the summer I’m always outside in AZ enjoying the weather which gets me away from the mostly cold Colorado.
One of my favorite things to do is go out and look at the sunsets because Arizona is truly home to some of the most beautiful in the country. The way that the light gleams from the mountains and creates a fiery orange and yellow is stunning.
It creates a shadow over the mountains and the cactus that embodies the beauty of the desert. The desert is something that doesn’t get enough attention and is truly a spectacle because it makes you feel as though you are living in a different time with the flare of modern living. The cactus and the palm trees are the best part about the landscaping.
There is a tropical oasis fell in this desert land and that is what is so fun about Arizona. It gives you so many different vibes in the middle of the desert, and that is truly special.
There is always a love for the desert in Arizona and that embracement makes you love it as well. It may be hot to some but to me it’s just amazing. I would recommend to anyone to give shopping a try in AZ because you can find some screaming deals.
In Arizona there’s something for everyone and that’s what makes it special to me. Im proud to call it my second home and love that I can visit such an amazingly beautiful state every year, I recommend everyone give Arizona a visit.
